Order Processing
Orders begin processing according to the processing timeframe provided on our website and within our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has entered processing, it is considered in progress.
Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation, modification, or changes once processing has begun.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Pure Aesthetic Distribution does not accept returns or exchanges. Limited exceptions may apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise when the issue is determined to be the result of an error by Pure Aesthetic Distribution.

Shipping & Transit Responsibility
All processing, shipping, and delivery timeframes provided by Pure Aesthetic Distribution are estimates unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, service interruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other transit-related issues.
Pure Aesthetic Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.
Tracking information will be provided when applicable, and signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.
Product Use & Liability Disclaimer
Pure Aesthetic Distribution is not responsible for issues or damages resulting from:
- Improper installation, alteration, coloring, bleaching, or maintenance
- Improper use of hair-care products or chemicals
- Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual reactions to products
- Installation, customization, or treatment performed by a third-party stylist
- Damage occurring after an order has been successfully delivered or picked up
- Failure to follow recommended care and maintenance instructions
Customers are responsible for properly inspecting and caring for their products.
Professional installation and customization by a qualified or licensed stylist is recommended when appropriate.
User-Submitted Content
By voluntarily submitting reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content to Pure Aesthetic Distribution, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for reasonable marketing, advertising, promotional, and social-media purposes, subject to applicable law.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Pure Aesthetic Distribution directly and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address your concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Pure Aesthetic Distribution reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the applicable financial institution or payment processor. This documentation may include order confirmations, transaction records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, photographs, and store policies accepted at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any rights available under applicable law.
Fraud & Policy Abuse
Pure Aesthetic Distribution reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inaccurate information, policy abuse, or other suspicious activity, subject to applicable law.
We also reserve the right to pursue lawful remedies in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of our policies.
